Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Expand E2E tests to 40–50 workflows, introduce BFF performance testing, build staging data seeding pipeline
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to promote seamless project execution.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Cypress, k6, Gatling, TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to design and implement effective test strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Experience in integrating automated testing within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test execution and reporting. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
