Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on achieving scalable and high-performance software aligned with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong expertise in financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing scalable software architectures that meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
