Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant with 15+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW, BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA Analytics. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing enterprise data warehouse solutions, leading large-scale implementation and migration projects, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, and managing end-to-end delivery. Strong expertise in BW/4HANA modeling, extraction frameworks, performance optimization, and stakeholder management is required.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design:

• Lead SAP BW/4HANA solution design and architecture discussions.
• Define enterprise data warehousing strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable data models using ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and InfoObjects.
• Drive best practices around data governance, security, and performance.

SAP BW/4HANA Development:

• Develop and support BW/4HANA data models and ETL processes.
• Design and build extraction frameworks using ODP, CDS Views, SAP Extractors, and SLT.
• Develop complex transformations, routines, AMDPs, and ABAP enhancements.
• Create and optimize Process Chains and Data Transfer Processes (DTPs).

S/4HANA Integration:

• Integrate SAP S/4HANA modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, and SuccessFactors.
• Design reporting solutions leveraging CDS Views and Embedded Analytics.
• Lead S/4HANA reporting and analytics transformation initiatives.

Migration & Transformation:

• Lead BW 7.x to BW/4HANA migration projects.
• Conduct readiness assessments and conversion planning.
• Define migration strategies including In-Place, Remote, and Shell Conversion approaches.
• Support modernization initiatives involving SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize HANA models, BW queries, transformations, and data loads.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and implement tuning recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead onsite and offshore teams.
• Conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior consultants.
• Manage project estimations, delivery planning, risks, and escalations.

• Experience leading teams of 10+ consultants.
• Client-facing consulting and solutioning experience.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
