Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands active involvement in aligning software solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and efficient systems that support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex software design and delivery processes.
• Ability to evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and system performance.
• Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions within a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
