Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Ability to establish and enforce coding standards and quality assurance practices.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect custom solutions with existing enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
