Summary:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes and outcomes.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software engineering.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
