1.7 to 9 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2.Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management
3.Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on
4.Good in client and people management
5.Good communication skills
6.Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives

- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align software solutions with business requirements.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best coding practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
