Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language).

Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.

Ability to lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality.

Familiarity with integrating GraphQL services with various backend systems and databases.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges within distributed systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GraphQL (Query Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
