You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.

Strong understanding of financial processes and workflows within Oracle EBS.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.

This position is based at our Pune office.
