This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team and across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize application performance.
