Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within integration flows.

Familiarity with deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms.

Competence in collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
