Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements and innovations in software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Remote Logistics Management.

Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.

Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.

Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.

Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive collaborative decision-making.

Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Remote Logistics Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
