Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.

Experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects.

Ability to design and implement high-quality code that meets performance and security requirements.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.

This position is based at our Pune office.
