Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within the broader technology ecosystem.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
• Experience in managing and optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality.
• Familiarity with development tools and frameworks commonly used in Java Enterprise Edition environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Object Oriented Knowledge.
