Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.


Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Service Management.

Experience in managing workflows, issue tracking, and service request processes within Atlassian Jira Service Management.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to configure and customize Atlassian Jira Service Management to meet organizational needs.

Skilled in integrating Atlassian Jira Service Management with other tools and platforms to streamline operations.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
