Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development
Good to have skills : React.js

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
Java - Proficiency with Java 17, Maven and associated test suites.
TypeScript and React- Proficiency. Knowledge of the AG Grid Library is a big plus
Kafka Messaging Queue- concepts well understood.
Service based architecture.
Experience with AI assisted coding.
Tooling- Gitlab, CI/CD, VS Code.
Kubernetes fundamentals.

OpenTelemetry based Observability- basic understanding of semantic conventions and OTel based tooling.
Grafana- how to build dashboards.
Know-how around linux based systems.
PostgreSQL- understanding of relational database and their operating model.
Cloud knowledge- familiarity with Azure or AWS.
Cloud related technology- Helm, Terraform, Docker.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software architecture and delivery processes.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
