Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong experience in scripting for automation, system monitoring, and process optimization within Unix environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to shell scripting and system integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable scripts that support enterprise-level applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
