- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to promote seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices related to platform as a service environments.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud ecosystems.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
