As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects.
• Ability to design and implement high-quality code that meets performance and security requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
