As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.

Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software systems.

Skilled in code review processes and maintaining high standards of code quality.

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in O9 Solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
