Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and product quality.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
