This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality assurance.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.

Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability in enterprise environments.

Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that align with business goals.

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to SAP BTP Datasphere.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
