Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Experience in optimizing data integration and transformation processes to improve system efficiency.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within business intelligence environments.

Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data visualization.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
