Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and technical approaches.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery efficiency.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.

Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.

Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ office.
