• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Ability to establish and enforce coding standards and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect custom solutions with existing enterprise systems.
