• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in optimizing data workflows and enhancing performance within business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) with various data sources and enterprise systems.
