Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with business strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts and their application within SAP environments.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP SCM APO solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
