Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components and optimize overall system performance.
