Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely completion.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technology adoption within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.

Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.

Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.

Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability considerations, and system integration challenges.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
