Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions meet specific organizational needs and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and graph data modeling.
• Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
• Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex database queries and software components.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases.
• This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
