Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance tasks to improve existing applications and implementing enhancements to meet evolving client demands. Collaboration with team members and adapting to different project scopes are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with application lifecycle management including development, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
• Knowledge of web services and integration techniques. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
