The role includes working on various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring that software systems are effectively implemented and maintained. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the day, as is applying a deep understanding of technologies and processes to deliver high-quality software that supports client needs and project goals. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of software components are also integral to the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain project transparency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Ability to develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and best practices for software development and deployment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Salesforce environments.
• Understanding of integration techniques between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• This position is based at our Nagpur office.
