• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications using modern software development practices.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs to extend application functionality.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
