Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed effectively support operational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to work with data models and understand business logic to optimize application performance.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
