Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong capability in designing and developing scalable software solutions using data building tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to ensure efficiency.
• Ability to work with complex data structures and integrate multiple data sources effectively.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and version control practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
