Wealth Management Integration Developer / Lead Comarch Wealth Management, Banking Technology, Development & Integrations Role Type- Full-time / Client-facing Level- Open to suitable levels preferred L10-L9 Location - Bengaluru / Hyderabad preferred Experience - 5-12 years banking technology Client/Domain - Commercial Bank of Dubai - Wealth Technology Primary Skill - Wealth Management / Banking Integrations Work Mode - As per client/project requirement Hiring Focus - Development, integration, support and delivery Role Summary: We are looking for a banking technology professional to support development, enhancements and integrations around a Wealth Management platform such as Comarch. The role requires a techno-functional profile who can work with Wealth business users, relationship managers, vendors and technology teams to deliver stable, secure and scalable integration outcomes across core banking, CRM, digital channels, onboarding, reporting and downstream systems. Key Responsibilities Deliver application enhancements and integration changes for Wealth Management platforms, including Comarch or similar products. Analyze requirements, perform impact assessment and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Design, build and support integrations with core banking, CRM, digital channels, customer onboarding, document management and regulatory/reporting systems. Work on APIs, middleware interfaces, batch jobs, data mapping, reconciliation and issue resolution across SIT, UAT and production environments. Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, security, business and PMO teams for releases, defects, incidents and post-production support. Maintain documentation, support audit/compliance needs and contribute to continuous improvement of application stability and delivery quality. Must-Have Skills 5+ years of banking technology experience, preferably in wealth management, private banking, capital markets, investment products or digital banking. Hands-on experience with Comarch Wealth Management or a comparable wealth/banking platform such as Avaloq, Temenos WealthSuite/Transact, FNZ, InvestCloud, SAXO or Matrix. Strong integration experience using REST APIs, JSON/XML, middleware, message queues or API-management platforms. Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, .NET, SQL/PLSQL or microservices-based application development. Good understanding of SIT/UAT, defect management, release planning, production support, incident/problem/change management and data reconciliation.

Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to MuleSoft, WSO2, APIM, IBM MQ, Kafka, Azure, Azure DevOps/ADO, CI/CD or cloud-native delivery. Knowledge of portfolio management, investment advisory, customer risk profiling, suitability assessment, mutual funds, bonds, structured products and client reporting. Experience working in Middle East banking environments or regulated financial services delivery.
