• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design and configuration for future reference.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and business process management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet client requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Information:
