• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additional Information:
