Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience in designing and implementing customized application solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with application configuration and integration techniques to support business workflows.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Additional Information:
