Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between software components.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain high system availability. Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). Design, implement, and optimize Transaction Matching rules for automated reconciliation of high-volume financial transactions. How rules work 1-1, 1-Many, Many-1, Many to Many (with subset/without subset) Should have understanding on RC with TM method, how the month end Recs will be prepared, how transactions and balances flow to these recs and impact of the same. Should have good understanding of Data Management/ Data Exchange Good understanding of basic accounting concepts would be helpful.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
