Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication within the team.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Experience with integration of SAP Extended Warehouse Management with other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and logistics workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP EWM configurations and customizations.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in debugging and performance tuning of SAP EWM applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
