Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
• Strong experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces and chatbots.
• Familiarity with integrating conversational agents into various platforms and applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize conversational flows for enhanced user experience.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies relevant to conversational agent projects.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
