Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business objectives and operational workflows. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the broader system landscape, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices in application design and deployment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
