Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Maintain documentation related to software development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and enhancing custom applications using SAP ABAP on HANA platform.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA environments.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern development frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
