Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and mappings.
• Ability to optimize performance of data transformation and loading processes.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex data pipelines.
• Experience working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data quality and governance principles to ensure reliable data processing.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
