The position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to managing evolving project demands and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of software components ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in customizing Salesforce platforms to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to develop Lightning Web Components with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between Salesforce and external systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and best practices for version control and release management. Additional Information:
