Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and developing enhancements.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform to streamline HR processes.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software components.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
