Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience in designing and developing integration flows and APIs using SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based integration services and middleware solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
