The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and operate seamlessly within the existing technology environment. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting solutions to evolving business challenges, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the team and projects. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
