Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the team and projects. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Additional Information:
