Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves applying innovative architectural approaches and advanced integration methods to support and guide application development teams. The role emphasizes a cloud-first and mobile-first perspective, ensuring that solutions are scalable and adaptable across various project sizes. Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates dynamically to deliver meaningful outcomes, balancing multiple priorities and contributing to the overall vision and success of diverse software initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to foster effective communication and knowledge sharing within and between teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Swift Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns relevant to Swift development.
• Experience with mobile application development lifecycle, including debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud services and integration techniques that complement mobile-first development strategies.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile development environments, supporting iterative delivery and collaboration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Swift Programming Language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
